If you're a visitor, and you have certain preconceived stereotypes of Canadians, then the tourist traps want to cater to that.  The two books that caught my eye were an alphabet book called "From Eh? to Zed".  Another alphabet book, "Z is for Zamboni" references the ice-resurfacing machine that is synonymous with ice skating and hockey.
