The Friedman Archives Expeditions

The terms for payment for our expeditions are very straightforward:

1) Your card will be charged 50% of the total cost of the trip upon signup. The balance will be charged sixty days before the beginning of the trip. Payments are accepted only in US Dollars.

2) Should there be a drastic change in the exchange rate, the amount of the balance may have to be adjusted. You will of course be notified if this will occur prior to the 60-day cutoff, and you'll be presented with the choice of accepting the change or cancelling the trip with no penalty.

3) You may cancel with a full refund 60 days before the trip commences. Cancellation after that time will involve forfeiting your existing payment.

4) Although it is completely optional, we highly recommend obtaining your own travel accident / interruption insurance and your own medical insurance. The Friedman Archives will do its best to be a great host and guide, but we are not responsible for unexpected events, accidents, thefts, property damage, late or cancelled incoming flights, or medical expenses.
