This is a picture of DSS-13, part of NASA’s Deep Space Network. Arrays of antennas in Goldstone, California, Madrid, Spain, and Canberra, Australia. They are designed to communicate with the deep-space probes like Voyager, Galileo, Magellan, Ulysses, Pioneer, Mars orbiters, etc.
