These two women run a tiny restaurant in Annapolis Royal, NS.  How tiny is it?  Well, the kitchen and the dining area are the same room.  One cooks while the other one sits down to schmooze with you.  And the food is absolutely wonderful.  Check them out if you're ever up there... they have no website but do have an address: 288 St George, Annapolis Royal, NS.
