The Rose Parade is the single greatest factor in the continuing rise in California’s population. Once we stop broadcasting warm, blue-sky days to everyone else on the planet who are freezing their butts off in the middle of winter, people won’t have such an in-your-face reminder about how undesirable their current homeland is.
